A fantastic choice for great walleye and trophy pike fishing, Quantz Lake has a new outpost cabin. Built this camp in 2001, avid trophy pike fishermen have raved about what the lake has to offer. The lake is approximately 6 miles long and its structure allows for all types of techniques and fishing challenges. Choose from many bays, islands, inlets and outlet, rock outcrops and deeper holes. Northern pike average 30-35 inches but reach lengths of 45 inches. In addition to trophy pike, the walleye fishing is also fantastic.
	If you are a trophy pike enthusiast and / or looking for plenty of action and abundant walleye, Quantz Lake is a great choice for a fishing trip to Northern Ontario. The cabin on Quantz is an upright log building with 3 bedrooms. There’s a wood stove for heat, outdoor facilities and propane amenities (fridge, stove with oven and lights). All pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware and dishes are supplied. Suggested packing lists are available to help eliminate unnecessary items while making sure you do have everything you might need.
Guests bring their own food, fishing gear, sleeping bags and pillows, life jackets / PFDs, clothing and personal items. Don’t forget your camera ! You can expect to see moose, eagles, otters and beavers, sometimes even caribou, wolves or bears.
